Arabpop is a magazine dedicated to the contemporary arts and literatures of the Arab countries which intends to narrate the cultural changes after the Arab revolutions of 2011. The pages of Arabpop host original works by Arab artists and writers living in and outside the borders of the region. 
Published in paper and digital format, Arabpop is a popular magazine that speaks in a clear and understandable language, and aims to involve and intrigue a varied audience, made up not only of specialists in the sector.

For the third issue of the Arabpop magazine, whose theme was the sea, I decided to illustrate and write a short personal story. Following a path of crossing the Mediterranean sea, from the coasts of Egypt to those of Italy and back. A round trip that is developed over several years, traveled by a father and his daughter.
